WELCOME TO YOUR LIVITY stay!

YOUR ROOM

HOT WATER - All your hot water is automatic with no faff! You will enjoy approximately 10 - 14 minutes of hot water which will reheat after around an hour or so.

 

ELECTRIC HEATING - Just like the hot water there is no need to do anything, heating is automatically controlled by Livity for maximum comfort.

 

WINDOWS - All windows have acoustic glazing providing good street noise reduction while also being restricted for your safety here at Livity.

WIFI - for unit 10 the code is Nfs9Fzhp (that is a numerical "nine" after Nfs.. btw!)

 

CLEANING - All cleaning materials are located within the apartment. Please keep your mattress protectors fitted.

Pinboards are provided for your personal use, not the walls!​

EMERGENCIES -  Please contact emergency services direct regarding any medical or fire or security issue, if the fire alarm sounds, emergency services will manage with situation.

YOUR AMENITIES

LAUNDRY FACILITIES -  every floor has a laundry room providing you with washing machine and drying facilities. A £3 charge is required to activate the washing machine, you will need three £1 coins placed in the meter box above the appliances, this will activate the machine for a set period of time regardless of your chosen wash programme.  While the £3 charge is good value for money, Livity will let you use the dryer for free! But we do not warrant personal belongings or effects so do not leave your stuff in these communal facilities.

GARDEN - Livity garden is coming! The land to the side of Deansway is in the process of being released by the council for secure private residential amenity space in approximately 12 months.

​

BINS Your apartment has its own individual waste bins which can be emptied into the large Council controlled bins (general and recycling) outside within the courtyard on the rear of the building.

YOUR ACCESS AND SECURITY

VEHICLE ACCESS - There are a number of close, secure car parks. The Crowngate Shopping Centre Car Park is approximately 5 seconds walk from its Broad Street entrance. Parking is available overnight.

 

ACCESS ENTRY- You enter the building via the front Livity door.

press 4202 for entry to the main door.

Your apartment will be located off the upper floor landing and will be clearly marked on the door.

There will be a key safe adjacent to the door and the code will be given on confirmation of your booking.

Please remember to put your key back in the safe whenever your leave to reduce opportunity for loss.

REMEMBER, THE WHOLE BUILDING, FRONT SIDE AND REAR ENTRANCES ARE COVERED BY CCTV FOR YOUR SAFETY!
